Description: This video is dedicated to telling you how to improve your feminine hygiene and how to make your scents last all day. I have sensitive skin, so this bath/ fragrance routine is sensitive skin friendly! In this video, I talk a little about self-care like shower routines and also about after shower care. I mention products like bath soaps, lotions, body creams, body butters, body oils, perfumes and more! The reason I like to layer my fragrances or make a sequence with my products is because when like scents complement each other, it creates a unique aroma and to me, that is the expensive element. When the products are of quality, and used in different ways they each do a different job. Perfumes settle into fabrics and are picked up by the air, oils on the skin mix with your natural skin oils making the oil smell unique to you, and lotions also settle in and change scent after being worn. This routine can be used in the winter, spring, summer or fall. it is a great way to always maximize the way your body smells overall—and the steps are easy to remember, and very easily customizable. I recommend shopping for products that are like and that will work well together. A tip I have for shopping for perfumes is to read what notes are in the fragrance, and take notes of what you like. When you go perfume shopping, take a pin to write on the paper swatches and don’t decide on a fragrance to buy for at least 1 full day, as fragrances change after sitting out for a while. be sure not to have them all touching each other while you wait also so that the smells don’t disappear into one another.
